We reside in a society where everything is accessible through a click of a mouse or a tap of a finger. Quite literally, the world is at our fingertips — it has never been more easy for us to reach someone or something than it is today.Unfortunately, in spite of all these channels open for us to reach across,** we have never been more divided.**In the spirit of inspiring the youth to challenge the borders that separate us and even, perhaps, enforce healthy boundaries of their own, the TEDxYouth@SJCS team is proud to present to you disconnecTED: reroute, rewire, reConnect.To be held on September 17, the series of talks will shine a spotlight on those that divide— beliefs, generations, traditions, cultures and many more— and highlight the ways we can safely approach them regardless of the circumstances that surround us.Disconnect from the outside world with us and join us on a journey of reflection, relaxation, and re-enlightenment as we redefine what it means to be connected.
